THE PROCESS
PHASE I : INTRODUCTION
Our process begins with an initial design questionnaire to learn more about your goals, budget and aesthetic. We will arrange an initial zoom consultation to introduce ourselves and learn more about you and your home.
PHASE II : CONSULTATION
This is an in person visit to your home to dive deeper into your project vision. At this point we will take photos, initial measurements and prepare a project proposal for your review. Once contracts are signed, we will begin the design phase.
PHASE III : DESIGN, PRESENTATION & SELECTION
Our design is revealed with mood boards, renderings, samples, floor plans. We welcome all feedback as we go through revisions. Once we have landed on a finalized design, we move into project management and procurement where we build detailed budget and tracking plans, begin invoicing and ordering.
PHASE IV : RENOVATION, INSTALLATION & STYLING
This may take place over several weeks or months, depending on the scope of work involved. From here we continue to manage your project, working closely with all necessary contractors, coordinating deliveries and installing each room.
